Highlights of Student's Participation

Checkmate 2023- 13th AIL National Moot Court Competition ( 17th – 18th Nov, 2023)

Jashan Sharma, Student of B.A.LLB.- 5th Year, Riya Rani and Komalpreet kaur, Students of B.A.LLB.- 4th year participated in National Moot Court Competition organized by Army Institute of Mohali from 17th to 18th November, 2023. They showcased their advocacy skills and legal acumen in the competition. They demonstrated their ability in legal argumentation, research and presentation throughout the competition. Their dedication, preparation and commitment to excellence were evident in every round. Bahra College of Law extends its appreciation to their students for their participation.

INTERNSHIP PARTICIPATION

Vinayak Bhardwaj, student of B.A.LLB.- 5th year participated in various internships in NGOs, and various law firms. During his internships he acquired various skills relating to studying nitty-gritty of Laws, finding legal solutions, advising moot clients, spreading legal awareness. His internship included various topics like Rights of Rape survivors, FIR, Motor Vehicle accidents, Right to maintenance etc. Bahra college of Law, Patiala appreciated his participation in the seminar.

NATIONAL SEMINAR AT CHANDIGARH GROUP OF COLLEGES, JANHERI

Komalpreet Kaur and Ramanjeet Kaur, Students of B.A.LLB.- 4th Year and Jashandeep Kaur, Student of B.A.LLB.- 3rd Year and Amandeep Kaur, B.A.LLB.- 4th year participated in 2nd National Seminar on “Emerging Trends in Law and Technology” organized by Chandigarh College of Law, Janheri. The students presented a paper titled “Evolving Data Privacy Landscape in India with respect to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023” on the Seminar. They demonstrated their legal acumen and critical ability at the seminar. Bahra college of Law, Patiala appreciated their participation in the seminar.
